After signing up on the website, each player is required to pay a $100 Buy-In to verify their registration. Payment can be made to Jason or David.

By registering for this tournament, you are committing to play EVERY ROUND. Including the Final Tournament.
Accurate Handicap Required
As this is a competitive tournament, an accurate and recent handicap is required to join. If you don't know your handicap, reach out to Jason or David directly to get one calculated.

What if I can't play my round in the allotted time window?
In the event of a valid conflict, players will be asked to play two rounds in a week to make up for a missed round. This must be communicated to Jason or David ahead of time. If a round is missed, the player will be awarded 0 tournament points.
Why is my handicap so low?
Handicaps are a reflection of your scoring capability, not an average of your rounds. If you frequently shoot a 90, but score an 85, your handicap will be adjusted to reflect the 85.
How do you calculate handicaps?
We calculate handicaps using USGA's determined formula, with slight custom leniency adjustments to allow for slightly more forgiveness. You can see our handicap breakdown here
How will my handicap be adjusted week to week?
Handicaps are adjusted minimally after each round to accurately reflect your current abilities. If you shoot significantly above or below your handicap, they will be slightly adjusted for the next round. A players handicap can not adjust below -2 or above +2 their original handicap.
How many rounds do I need to play to get my handicap?
3 recent rounds at minimum are required. Play as many as you can for a more accurate handicap.
Can I play my round at any course?
Yes. You can play at any 18-hole course of your choice. 9-hole courses such as Mt. Carmel do not qualify.
Which Tees are we playing from?
All players will be playing from the WHITE Tees - or two tees up from the tips.
How is it fair to all play different courses?
Each course has a slope and rating for each of their tee boxes. In calculating each rounds score, we will use your handicap vs the slope / rating of the course and tee boxes that you play.
